Historic Folsom Home & Detached Garage w/ Granny Flat Projects
This home is an idea the homeowners came up with. Living in Folsom, a beautiful quaint neighborhood area, close to the river. A small, unassuming home, the homeowners wanted to refresh and enlarge. Taking the original garage and expanding it into a beautiful master bedroom, thus creating the need for a detached garage with a twist. A granny flat above, rental-a space.
Paradise Ridge
This home was the first project we worked on for a Campfire victim, From total loss to reclaiming the property and rebuilding. It has been an honor to work with such humble people, and I have gained some lifetime friends from this lovely little town
